Most likely there are 2 thoughts. Either the system was mistaken very strongly, it is obvious that hackers also do not rest) Or someone paid a lot of money for advertising their coins, and thus wants to present it to the world. Wink

Could also have been hit by a pump and dump group. They usually target these small unknown sh++coins and it causes a spike in the figures. Not the extent of getting to 3rd place though unless it was a huge pump group! Most likely it was a glitch in the figures by CMC

Another thread is also pursuing the same anomaly. Seems like a glitch, one that has already been rectified i think.

Seems like a minor technical bug but surely a "nice" accidental way to get attention.

It is ranked No.3, because they are using circulation numbers from old PAC, which is much higher than the current number. I think it has already been corrected.

Recently,I check coinmarketcap as I always do every morning and at my big surprise there is an unknown coin ranked 3.
Check it out: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/paccoin/
If you see the chart, the price increased in 1 shot and the marketcap also did a big jump that it got ranked third. How is that possible?
