Even though most muslims don't participate in these terrorist attacks, the fact still remains that if a Muslim kills and infidel that's a non muslims, he is granted unlimited access to Heaven, these muslims may not be doing it only because they can't do. Every devout muslim believe that.
That's what's troubling with so called "moderates". You can't even tell if they were secretly rooting for the Jihadist. Example here in the Philippines. Now that the terrorists are pretty much beaten, out of nowhere this ulama is now holding press conferences asking government to stop airstrikes and begging them to not bomb the mosques and madrasas the terrorists are using as bases.
You bet had things turned out differently and this group managed to declare that city as base of the "caliphate" they are planning to govern, these mullahs would be flocking to those terrorists and start acting as their mouthpiece.
