I have used cryptopay.me for several months without issue and they have card unload feature which i liked the most. But as you are also from asian countries like me, ATM fee + card fee + currency coversion fee make up total fee really high when withdrawing from local ATM. And i think this is same for all USD based debit card providers so i mostly cashout selling to local guys.

You can also check other bitcoin debit card providers listed on above post.

If you are not confident with xapo you have other options. Here is a list and a review of almost all available bitcoin debit cards: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/2017-bitcoin-debit-card-reviews-1410577
Features and fees are tackled in there and most users also left a review based on their experience.
I hope that this helps. Goodluck!

I would like to believe that you have read my review about them in the following thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1187388.80

You can see my progression from being a very happy customer to being a completely unsatisfied one. I am very glad that the guys who responded to you above have not had their bitcoins locked for 21 business days for no apparent reason while they are "awaiting" on the cancellation confirmation. Their ToS how ever states different range on times when this issue should be resolved but I am going 2/2 on the full wait and I am completely convinced this is their standard time from support subliminally hinting to that "soon 21 days will hit and coins def released" BS.

I assume that they have neither noticed "Disappearing Bitcoins" from the wallet because the amount range from 0.0008 to 0.0016 but it has happened to me a few times and currently again in the negative by a few bits while waiting on some pending coins to be released. While they say no fees on transactions then that would also mean it is impossible for my balance to end up in negative - but it surely does.

I have recently looked into many other companies that offer similar services and currently thinking about ordering wirexapp card instead. I am definitely not depositing a single bit into Xapo in the future and will withdraw the locked 0.219 BTC as soon as it will be released. (In the beginning of December  Smiley )

If you have yet to open an account then stop and go try someone else, using a company which can at any withdrawal/payment "unfortunately" lock your bitcoins into pending mode for 1 month is definitely not acceptable when it comes to this commodity.

I'm using Xapo more then a year now and I'm very satisfied. So far haven't had any issues. I'm from Europe but card is accepted everywhere, didn't have problems with that in any country, ATM withdrawals are also fine. It's easy to use, Bitcoins are automaticly converted to your currency.
Fees are not to high and overall I'm very happy with this card and I would recommend it.

Xapo is not a scam and they seem secure and regulated company. Your bitcoin will most likely be safe there, but they have many issues with customer support.
Support will answer you almost instantly but you will probably wait days before your issue will be resolved.
Furthermore Xapo is known for freezing/blocking/suspending accounts/transaction/money of their customers, asking for ID verification and creating other problems for users.

And from what I know Xapo Card is only available in USD, EUR and GBP not CNY.

If you want to withdraw some bitcoins first have a look on https://coinatmradar.com/ and try find a two way bitcoin atm, would be much easier than setting up a debit card for one transaction.
