i think bitcoin will survive all of us,nobody from us will never know what will really happen to bitcoin in far future.
Bitcoin has a life of its own. And as long as people exist on this health. Bitcoin will continue to exist and wax stronger that Governments will have no choice than accept this great invention that will revolutionize the worlds financial system.
I don't know when will be the Government realize that bitcoin is not what they think it is, they easily judge bitcoin without knowing it better. They don't know how bitcoin works maybe that is why they can't embrace bitcoin right now, though we don't need to worry about it. There are countries already which trusted bitcoin, and it is possible that the whole world will fully accept it in the near future.
Bitcoin will live as long as there are people who uses it, like investors and buyers. We don't have to worry that someday bitcoin will die, something like that, because that would take a long time before to happen.
How long BTC will survive? I think as long as Internet exists. It is unstoppable now! 
I have no idea but i just hope it will survive through the years and centuries to come. It's value is getting higher and higher and i don't think it reaches to the peak of its value already. With that, i could say that it's stable and sturdy against all hard forks that will come along the way.
As long as there is a demand... bitcoins will always be there. The survival of such really depends on how it works in the market. Like stocks... bitcoins depend on its marketability. So if time will come and find no more demands... bitcoins life would be over...

Bitcoin's life span is determined by how high its demand is to the people. As long as there are people who utilize it as medium of transaction, then it will survive for a long time. As of now, bitcoin has already established a good reputation to the market and has unleashed its potential when it comes to business so I guess it will last long. Of all the cryptocurrencies existing, BTC is by far the most popular and the most trusted coin. Therefore, I believe that it will be circulating around the market for quite a long time

Cryptocurrency is still in the process of development and bitcoin is in that process. Bitcoin has reached many milestones since it started. i think bitcoin will still survive for a long period of time unless there is a new technology that can hack it (quantum computing?) or all government bans it
We do not know what the future holds but for me bitcoin will last for a very long time until another awesome technology in the same field takes over. a typical example is torrents, though they are seen as tools for encouraging copyright pirating, but they still exists ..

I think bitcoin will be there forever except when there is a new type or kind of currency that is a lot of advantage than the cryptocurrencies we have right now and we dont know that for sure or if bitcoin losses its support from the community due to unforeseen events like fortuitous events made by nature that could almost lead us to extinction or nuclear war between countries.
I think Bitcoin will survive for at least another 1000 years because Bitcoin is the new era of the world industry and certainly many new platforms will be born on this platform and Bitcoin prices will rise dramatically.
I guess a new blockchain technology will disrupt Bitocin technologies in the future. Look about what happened to AOL, Yahoo and Myspace...

I've never think of having it's end, in fact I believe it will stay forever. I've always thinking that having this new kind of technology, our kids have already a comfortable life in the future. Any possibilities to happen in bitcoin is just rise and fall, having its disappearance is never to happen.
Right now it is hard to predict, anything can happen. but i think BTC will survive as long as forex market stay.

Very long .. because Bitcoin is a digital currency parent where a crypto currency is very dependent on Bitcoin .. especially now that many other crypto currencies have sprung up, it will be a strong wall for bitcoin own currency ..
Bitcoin will survive for as long as social interactions exist because that's what money is needed for and Bitcoin is the best form of money that will ever exist.
