Its back but pretty slow..
yer i wonder why they are down, what problems are they having more information from them would be good..
ghash.io is working for me tho... still shows all my miners are working.

well, it's a shame. i was just introduced with CEX.IO
i don't know anything about their support and payments and stuff but i liked the site. i wish it comes back.
good thing i didn't have much in it.
is there any other site like this? and is it better or same or worse?

The communication of the CEX.IO team is nearly ZERO !!!
If you go into the forum section of the website at this address :

you will notice that the CEX.IO team members really have a lot of humor..
They write :
"Dear CEX.IO and GHASH.IO Users,
We are happy to announce that the problems with CEX.IO and GHASH.IO have been fixed and the websites are in working order as of now.
Once again, we would like to apologize for the inconveniences you have experienced. We are as of this moment compensating the GHs for the downtime, as for payouts and transactions - please allow some time for them to process - as you understand there are quite a lot of them stacked and they will require some time to go through.
If you still encounter any problems - please do not hesitate to contact us!

We can also observe that : "Article is closed for comments."
In the last comment from Leonard (CEX.IO staff), he writes us :
"Please direct all inquiries regarding this matter to us via support ticket, so that we may assist you. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with this".
Then, if you click on "report the problem", you are invited to "Submit a new request".
The problem is when you want to submit a new request, you have to be logged into your user account.
As the website is down, it is not possible to log in, as well it is not possible to submit any request...
As the only way to contact the cex.io team is by submitting a request, that means it is impossible to contact CEX.IO to find out what is happening...
CEX.IO should really receive a gold medal for its amazingly brilliant communication !!!!
I start becoming irritated by CEX.IO arrogant behavior and permanent censorship of any criticism on there forum.

It's not scheduled maintenance if there is no schedule.
I don't see any mention of a (planned) starting - ending time for this "maintenance". I reckon it's an outage.
