BTC finally showed up after 12 confirms.
However, here I am sending more BTC to mtgox and after 20 confirms I have no BTC.
It's getting slower.

Are you sure 5? When I was updating the Mt. Gox page on the wiki I paid fairly close attention and didn't see it appear until after my local client showed 6 confirmations. Doesn't mean it hasn't changed since on Mt. Gox though.
