Looks like you have a signed message, and it looks like you have waited for a reply for both Cyrus and Theymos since your signed messaged was dated back to February 20. Seems like you have tried everything. I think there are no certain time. You need to be more patience unfortunately. Since you have created this topic then why not include your account information as well so that if they notice they can check and resolve the issue. Just a suggestion not sure if it will work or not.
