Never heard of it, so it might not be so good.
A quick search throws up quite a few red flags and negative reviews:

I'm curious as to why you need to deposit coins to their site if they are "decentralized" as they claim. A truly decentralized exchange should never be touching your coins.

They have an account on this forum (https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/cryptobridge-1045062), as well as a Discord channel linked to on their main site here: https://crypto-bridge.org/contact-us/. You could try either of those as a means to contact them in addition to their live support at https://wallet.crypto-bridge.org/support.

Status 1097 transactions.

Do you mean confirmations?

As TryNinja said, just email the exchange with tx id. The funds should be in your account if the address is correct. This is probably a problem with the exchange. Never heard of it, so it might not be so good...

If you sent to the right address and the tx has that many confirmations, then this is probably an issue with the exchange. Have you tried contacting them?

Double check if you sent to the right address and if the transaction shows up as pending in the exchange page.

If you're using Electrum, you should be able to see your transactions and the number of confirmations they have (you can also right-click it and give us the TXID). I doubt it's the fees so If you're sure that you sent the funds to the right address, it's very likely that this is a technical issue from CryptoBridge
