Yes it is already confirmed, so may be he is very new to this type transaction, some time blockchain will take time to receive, but some time it will take only 2 confirmation to receive.

I see that your transaction has already been confirmed buddy. According to it it took 190 mins for it to be confirmed so in case the same thing happen again, just wait and trust the blockchain. It will arrive in it's own time so waiting is all you can do if a transaction is not yet confirmed by network. The transaction took a long time to confirm maybe because of many transactions today.

If you had sent this same transaction @ 0130 hrs (EST) with the same fee it would have confirmed in less than 6 blocks. There is a pretty good program here which gives an estimate of the number of satoshis to pay per kilobyte in order to give a 90% chance at being added in 1, 2, 3 or 6 blocks. The rate varies considerably.

There May be Many Reasons For the Transaction Doesn't Confirming But I am Listing Some Of them:-
1) If You Pay Low Fees Then Your Transaction Becomes Slower to Confirm So Always Pay Recommended Fee By the Blockchain.....
2) If the Bitcoin Network is Weak then Your Transaction May Be Confirmed Later....
So Don't Worry Wait Until Your Transaction Does not Confirmed.......

Minimum 3-5h, because you have paid around 20 satoshi for byte which means that minimum there are needed 180-300 minutes which are equivalent to 3-5h, but it may take longer based from bitcoinfees.21.co/

I think it can be faster. Now information is that it should be delivered within 6 Blocks.. If you are lucky it can be 2 hours, but it can also be 5..
With heavy weight transfers is better to mark higher fee Wink
