Nevermind, they finally tweeted this issue. Would have been nice for them to tell me that on my ticket rather then act like I am fucking retarded.

Where do you get this info from. Because they are not telling me this, they are acting as if its something I don't have setup correctly. Nothing on twitter feed reguarding this. Is there somewhere else they post issues? And how long have they been working on it. My deposits go in daily no issues on auto deposits. Kind of odd I can't pull coins out, but can put them in no problem.

Posting this here since I got no answers in service discussion. This is my first time withdrawing from Cryptsy, and I can't get any answers from their slow ass support. Doesn't seem any emails are going out. I have not changed my email settings at all, same email I created the account with, have double checked it, they tell me  to check my spam folder,resend link under balances, which gives pop up saying email sent check your mail, and all this other yada yada. So I think hey I will try and change email, nope, it sends email to old address to confirm even that, still no email for that either.

thy know of the issue and working hard to rectify it..
