If I buy a website from someone, and don't get all of the things I was promised, how long should I wait before calling it a scam and doing a chargeback? I have received access to the website, but not the files that need to be uploaded to the site (there's supposed to be 1000 of them), the payment eMail is still in the sellers account, and I'm not getting answers to pms.
The thread I used to buy the site has had the OP deleted, and I know the seller has been on here since the transaction happened. There's a few minor problems too, that I would overlook if other things were going smoothly, but are now making me nervous.
So how long to wait?
