How many bitcoin users and other ecurrency users are there?

Anyone having any idea?

It depend on how do you define a 'user'.

I consider a 'user' as a person who use Cryptocurrency to buy and sell merchandise, i.e. they use it as a 'real' currency. Therefore i think only Bitcoin and Litecoin have 'real users'. Others altcoins only have miners and investors who only think about theirs profits in fiat.

coinbase has over 1 million accounts

doesn't mean shit.

Anyone can go there to create a wallet as long as they type in a name (not even a real name) and an email address.

Globally speaking it is not that many then.

I'm just guessing around 300k users. And prolly 30k active ones
Should be more than this one, I feel that there is still a lot of users
