BTER may have done that, they disabled CENT deposits a month ago but they never seem to dry up...

I'm guessing they made HUGE bank on keeping the cents that staked whilst being there. They must have had and dumped super billions/trillions? how did they dump it and did they do it before closing the cent/ltc market?
Did they even sell them all or do they still have them? i mean perhaps they just held on to them?
