FYI: It's six confirmations and not eight - in this case -, as it's described in the "What does the Transaction Speed setting do?" page[1].
Merchants have the option to choose if they want to wait for one confirmation, eight, or none at all before completing your order.

Thank you. I was searching for such information like crazy before my funds confirmed, now I added a lot of other funds from bitcoin to skrill and then to withdraw to my bank account. I guess Skrill has choose the Low Speed ,Low risk transaction speed. Still as Bitpay say funds will be confirmed in either of the cases after six confirmation in the bitcoin network. I will close topic now.
