If you have the opportunity, I suggest investing $ 1000 for first trading operations. If not, take part in the bounty and earn them

it does not really matter what amount you wanna trade its just gonna make you profit or loss on that speed. The higher the amount the higher you gonna profit/loss and if lower then the inverse of it. But remember to practice at least 3months before even thinking about real trading and don't take this lightly if you are really gonna learn something about your career then why not do it fully at once with a clear mind that will also help you later to catch new topics.

No amount is too small. So far the amount is enough to buy BTC. Like the saying goes, practice makes perfect.
Start now and reap the benefits later.

Every crypto exchange has its own minimum amount to trade. But this is usually quite small amount. Just read the rules on the platform you choose.

So, you can decide on your own, what is your limit. Use money you can spare. For example, if you have 10-20 dollars, start with them and gain experience first. Even small amount of money can give you much revenue in some months if you are good enough in trading.

Just note, sometimes it may be better to spend, for example, 100 dollar and invest them at once, instead of investing 10 dollar 10 times, so as otherwise you will lose more money due to exchanging commissions.

I wouldn't start trading without at least 10k USD. If you want to know your limits enter with a low amount (100USD) and see how much you can make in a month. If you end up with 110 USD you'll know that it's possible for you to make 10% a month. I know that I would not make more than 10% especially in a bear market so I'd need to play with at least 10000USD to get get decent profit. The more the better.

I invested 2ETH ~ 580$. That's enough for newbie in my opinion. But you can trade with a small amount to explore the market, then try with larger amount.

I think for beginners, the initial investment of $400 is enough, because most coins are cheap now! The price of ETH is only $274!
I'll remind you that there are people that can't afford to start with $400 as initial investment to trade.

But if a new to trading can avail that, why not.

How many dollars i must have to begin trading ?!

It is best for a beginner to start the practice with just a small amount of invested money, since at first there is a very big chance to lose all your finances. After all, a novice trader does not yet have the experience and practice to conclude the most profitable trades. For a beginner, there will be enough $ 100-200

There is actually no limit on the amount needed to trade bitcoin, the minimum amount is dependent on the particular exchange. But if you want to make good profit, you need to invest big

In this crypto field if you want to start trading then you can start with as low as $10 and there is no limitation for trading amount. But you have to understand what amount you can effort, if you loose you will not panic. This market is full of volatility and uncertainty so my suggestion is don't do random trade or don't buy anything without researching. Learn about this market first and start trading with small amount after when you become confident then you can take some risk.

Compare rates on different exchanges & swap.
I don't think OP needs that much. He could actually start with less than $70. I started my first trading with less than $50.

If you (op) don't have enough money to risk I would suggest you to trade without money until you learn how to trade.
Here are some sites to learn trading without trading with real money.

It totally depends on the amount of money you afford to lose. One more fact that the level of skills you bear. If you are a beginner to crypto world learn well before investing as it is must at the beginning. Trading is one of the risky jobs & sometimes luck keeps you in position. Keen attention to market will help you to improve your profit level. If you got a capacity to handle market fluctuations well it will be better $1000-$5000. If you lose can hold the coins till a bull run appears. That's why you need to invest an amount that your can afford to lose. It is a good time to collect some giant projects in the market now at this moment & holding for long term will surprise you definitely.

The revolution will be monetized!
It's a game of percentages, not balances. But because of fees and transfer costs you will need to be at a certain level to be profitable. I don't know what your situation is, but I would guess that less than $500 is not going to end well. You would do much better to use bitcoin as it was designed. It is the best currency system in the world, however is is not a great investment vehicle. Just buy some then spend when your up. Switching back and forth between fiat and crypto is a good way to make banks rich with your money.

Don't let others control your BTC -> self custody
You can start trading begining from 100$ .One of my friend start trading 100$ in binance 1 year & now he has 25K + worth coins.
Sure, but 1 year ago we were right before a +15k USD parabolic wave. If you knew nothing about trading and just bought 1 year ago, you could easily make about 18k USD out of every 2k invested. Without moving a finger.

If you know what you are doing and have decent profits i'd advise you to put in at least 5k USD. SUre, you can try to play around with 1k or something like that but the gains will always be proportional to the invested amount. If BTC is moving by 2-3 %, $20 out of every successful trade - fees. Not worth it if you ask me, especially that you can sometimes wait a couple weeks for a good opportunity.

I suggest that you start for a small amount so that you can have a "feel" for it.  In my case, I invested around 200USD in Poloniex.com.  I bought some monero and ripple (sad that the market is really not doing good as of the moment).

If you dont have any experience in trading cryptocurrency, I suggest that you should not spend too much of your earning on it, because that will affect your daily life. I currently invest 10% of my income into crypto every month.

1. You have to monitor the price with the indicators https://hackernoon.com/my-top-3-favourite-indicators-for-technical-analysis-of-cryptocurrencies-b552f584776d
2. You must exercise your patience and greed
3. Determine the percentage of profit you want to take and your loss limit

If you have done these three things, start with a small amount maybe 50-100 USD. Be careful, trading isn't an easy thing.

How many dollars i must have to begin trading ?!
I recommend you to start with a demo account on any exchange . If you put a low ammount such as ($5-10) the exchange will take big fee if you want to withdraw them back

I would say min 15-20K $.
the safest coins to trade are top 10 coins and they are very liquid if you were trading them with this kind of money. and these markets move 3-5% easily thus you could close your win positions of 100-500$ easily.

Of course, this is easier said than done.

LOL definitely not 15-20k. That's too much when thinking of a 'minimum', and also especially knowing that OP said that he/she's a beginner.

As a beginner you don't need too much initial investment capital, I think $500 is enough, because even if there is a loss, it will not have a big impact on you!

There is no specific figure. You can start trading with any amount that you have at the moment.
Remember that trading on your last pennies is an extremely bad idea. Trade for something that is ready to lose without major implications for your core budget.

It really depends on you. I think it is not fair to say that you need a big amount of money. I think 100$ is enough. Investing is gambling by the way. People say that all the time. I like that citation. You must be aware of what you are doing. If you invest, you must know that you can lose your money or make a profit. If you invest 50k, you can lose or win. If you invest 100$ you can lose or win as well. The difference is just the benefit. If you invest big money, you make big benefits. My advice is to start with a small amount. Time will teach you. Moreover, educate yourself by reading investment newspapers.

hello, how safe is it to trade on the exchange through a bot? Huh

[if you want to ask an unrelated question then you should start a new topic]

as for safety, it depends on the bot. i it is an old tested bot that has been around for a while and is being used by a large number of users then it is most probably safe. otherwise if it is an unknown bot which was created recently and is not reviewed then it is most probably not safe!

if you are asking for profitability, then doesn't really depend on the bot itself. it depends on you and whether or not you know how to trade. a bot is just a helping tool that can work best in the hands of a trading expert and be useless in the hands of a beginner trader.

For beginners to start, you can invest a little amount of money, like $100 or so. You can also buy a fraction of a coin that you are interested in, this will help you to practice a little bit. For example, you can buy 0.001 bitcoin to play with, that is what I did at the beginning.

To experience on how it is good to trade if you can avail to start trading with $20 then that's fairly enough for a beginner.

Min I would say is about 3-10k find which exchanges you want to use like binance, coinbase, or poloneix.
That's not worth to try for a beginner, if he has enough experience he can add that but at first he has to learn.

it is all limited by the deposit/withdrawal methods that you use.
for example if you own bitcoin and want to trade altcoins, you can deposit as small as 0.0001BTC (10k satoshi) and start trading with what is worth about $0.6 but while withdrawing that you will encounter limitations because withdrawal fees that exchanges charge is so much higher than the network fees.

as for fiat, you have to see what minimum your bank allows you to deposit and what minimum amount does that exchange accepts. unless you don't want to use an exchange and do it P2P in which case you can do it with any amount that you want as long as the amount you send and the amount of bitcoin you are buying is meaningful. for example you can not buy 1 satoshi but you can buy 0.0001BTC

Just make sure you don't invest more than you can afford to lose. Start with smaller amounts to get the hang of it.

How many dollars i must have to begin trading ?!

You can start trading probably even only with a few dollars; but the problem with trading with such a small amount of trading funds is that you'd actually need to win a lot of your trades to make significant profit. Not to mention that with a small amount you also need to win trades with significant profit as you need to cover the 1.5-3% trading fees.

3k usd?
What are you talking about, why would he require so big amount of money to begin trading?
Don't spread misinformation.

How many dollars i must have to begin trading ?!

You can start trading cryptocurrencies with very small amounts like 100usd maybe even less depending on the exchange.
Binance is a good one. Just make an account there and see what is the minimum order in btc. It is probablybelow 100 usd, I don't know exactly.

For sure it's not 3k
