I will only do 5x 3070 on a 1000watt power supply because I believe this is how things should run, don't stress power supplies it's wrong, whichever one you get always use up to 80% only, with that 1000watt 800 should be yours to consume

Yes you can add but monitor psu for couple hours. Right now you are roughly consuming 600w another 3070 will add 120 lets say 150 you will be 750watts which is safe for 1000w psu if your psu is real.

It depends on the GPU you are running, the lesser in watt consumption the higher the number of GPU you can run on a 1000watts power supply, you will need to get the 6 to 8 pin cables because 1000watt pcie cables are always limited

Just wondering if I can fit 1 more 3070 in here or would it be squeezing it bit much? PSU RM1000X

ideal 5 3070, but can do 6 x 3070, in your setup, 1 more 200w.

This is an alt coin topic.

The answer is yes you can but you need to change your power setting on the 1080ti

Drop it to 60% your hash will go down to 38-40 from 44-45

but you can safely add the 3070 with over 55 hash.

I asked mods to move this to alt coins.
