Not your keys, not your coins!
The map of coins show there are many forks from Litecoin: https://mapofcoins.com/bitcoin. The map is big so I did not make a screenshot and you need to visit that site to check the map.

I did not count the number of forks from Litecoin and did not know why the map stopped in December 2017.

Clueless!

So as far as everyone knows on here, Litecoin Cash LCC is the only Litecoin fork that also paid out at the Litecoin Cash LCC fork date 1 to 1 on Litecoin?

https://www.btctimes.com/news/us-treasury-may-crack-down-on-self-custody Febuary 18th, 2018.

I see a lot that 'claim' to be a fork of Litecoin...like Litecoin Plus LCP ..which is a hybrid/pow algo coin.

But again, as far as I can tell, Litecoin Cash LCC is the only fork of Litecoin that actually paid out 1 to 1 as a 'real' fork?
Th
I know that Litecoin forks of any flavor are not likely to amount to anything at all..but I thought there were at least 2 Litecion forks that paid out, supposedly.

Perhaps, there was a deadline or something. Again, put this thread up in pandemic and bored..thus am just curious and bored enough to ask here.

The only other fork I know of that did payout in the above manner recently was of Bitcoin Cash ABC (BCHA).

Stuff like Bitcoin 2 as another example is not 'true' forked' coins from the main chain.

Again, just curious about the Litecoin angle on this....but I suspect again, Litecoin Cash LCC is the only real fork of Litecoin...lame though it may be

at 18.5 cents for 100 Litecoin. Lame indeed, from past hype! Sad

I used to hold LCC (Litecoin cash)  because I believed in the project, that was in 2018 and till date things keep going worse for this coin, even the team are trying everything they could but the coin still doesn't perform very well, the ATH of LCC was 7$ in 2017 bullrun and today it's at 0.002$, probably a shitcoin now, most altcoin forks are total nonsense
Welcome to a crypto buddy!

First thing you should know, everyone can claim the coins was forked from this coins bla bla bla. But, did the creator of the coin they forked supported the fork or not? even Charlie Lee did not give any single word about a coins fork from "Litecoin.

They used that's for a shilling purpose, same like a project who saying "our coins will be more better than bitcoin".

How Many Bitcoin Forks Are There? You will be surprised!!!. It is a small number of forks if you compare it to Bitcoin forks.

Forks are useless than initial coins and their values can be high sometimes but at the ends, their values will fall to zero and most of them are dead coins.

So I got to thinking. I know there are a few that have forked off of Litecoin, but how many are 'legit' forks that would match the forked LTC coin
Hitting an exchange doesn't mean its legits.

There is no purpose for the coin you are mention to do a fork, the people who forked the coin just want to get a profit from "allocation supply" for them by creating a shit forked and dump them into the market.

Just see the explanation about one of the coin:
Quote
Litecoin Plus is similar to Litecoin. Due to the low coin supply, both coins would be considered crypto commodities and are a valuable storage for wealth.
Forked the coins for cut-off the supply and tell to us more faster than original "Litecoin", nothing different at all in my opinion just a wasting time to put the money of these type of project.

Clueless!

I have a mess of Bitcoin Forks I keep track of...off of my 'legacy' Bitcoin Addresses...that had enough coin for such to matter back in the day.

I was bored. Pandemic and all. Some of those, lesser-known ones, are still worth a few bucks if I'm trolling through old Bitcoin Paper Wallets.

So I got to thinking. I know there are a few that have forked off of Litecoin, but how many are 'legit' forks that would match the forked LTC coin

at the ratio, you held it on your Litecoin Wallet Address?

So far I've found the following below, with links to their existence. I'm assuming the only ones that would pay 1 to 1 on the fork say 'mineable' in the links.

I'm using www.coinmarketcap.com

LTC or Litecoin    https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/litecoin/

LCC or Litecoin Cash    https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/litecoin-cash/

LCP or Litecoin Plus     https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/litecoin-plus/ Don't think it paid forked!

So anyway, any others? Not a big deal 100 LCC is 0.2167 cents USD. LOL!

Anyway, was bored and curious.
