Nothing to be ashamed of. 600 is still a good number compared to someone like me who has not done much on that. I wish I can have merits to give out to deserved posts.

I'd probably spend all of mine in a short time because of the many nice and interesting posts I often find. I honestly don't feel very comfortable giving 1 or 2 persons in a thread while leaving out the others.
And It's bit difficult for me to give out merits without specific reasons. Wish it's possible to give out the merits with little comments/notes (or have list of reasons to choose from) why i did so... more like it's done with reputation. That would help me have something to comment or list of reasons to tick while giving out the merits, so others I didn't merit won't think I am partial or something. Maybe sending the merits anonymously would be preferable also

Ay, according to LoyceV's data list, I've merited 36 merits to 34 unique users.
You shouldn't collect and keep smerits because they serve no good to you, rather you should help newbies and junior members or technically any member whose posts deserve merits! It feels good, and yeah as you said, what goes around, comes around

Precisely, gave 28 merits because I didn't made that much amount of merits to spend more merits.But I am not sure how can we find the number of posts we merits? Is there any tool available?

If I see a good post I always leave a merit if I have some to give. On top of that I am trying to give out Merits every time I receive a merit myself, if it makes sense of course. It's quite hard to receive merits on this forum, so I am trying to help out newer members to rank up if possible.
These are all the 1111 profiles I’ve merited so far (as of last Friday):

I had my doubts as to whether all the profiles were actually showing in the above image, but it seems they are (I selected all the objects on the screen and they totalled 1111). Out of those, at least 40 seem to be banned. I wonder how many distinct people those 1111 accounts correspond to … we’ll never know…

Anyway, to answer to OP, yes there are hundreds of posts that are worth of reading. I've given many merits, they're useless units if you just keep them. Based on LoyceV's list this is my score:

Everyone loves to gain merits, but I discovered I have not also given so many people merits on their post which is worth it and I know there are also many of us who also earnestly desire merits and as never merited people's good Post,it's just about punching the merit at the right hand corner beside "quote". What goes around comes around.
