Check the newbie readme, it is 1 post and then wait 4 hours.
I'm just tryna figure this out. So...1 post? + 4 HRS? or like one thread submission? I'm sort of confused.

Is one post enough to allow writing in other forums after 4 hours waiting?
You have to post then wait 4 hours. Also, I'm not sure, but there might be some requirement about how long/meaningful that one post is. Not sure about that though.
No I don't think so, but I guess I'll soon find out also.

Im told by a friend you need 5 posts in the newbie section, took me ages to sort that out even after going through the help section which does not contain this info or any contact information, you cannot even send a pm to a moderator to find this out.

You need wait 4 hours after 1st post, not 4 hours Total time logged in
It has to be 4 hours since your first post, I think.
