 240 x 30 = 7200 watts x .75 = 5400 watts

5400 / 400 = 13   you should be safe.

please use good power supplies.  such as these

13.  You should only use 80% of a circuits capacity. Keep in mind it's unlikely you will stay at 240V exactly, As you increase the load, the voltage will likely drop. You could easily end up at 230v very quickly.
