There are many different sites that allow you to generate satoshi, but my question is how many do you need to become a millionaire? And how much time would it take if done correctly?
100m satoshi = 1 btc should be enough. In 10 years or so.

Hmm - sure its possible to earn more than 10$.
Also it is possible to become a millionaire with faucets - if you run some or with affiliates.

I think you're misunderstanding the point of faucets and sites alike. They are meant for people with no Bitcoin whatsoever to experiment with so they could understand how Bitcoin and its transactions work, there is no real profit in it.
There is correct way to do it or amount of time it would take because you cant do it, and you would be long gone before you ever become a millionaire.
