Once a year or less. I base it on the thickness of plaster on my skin created by death skin cells.
I bath myself once a week mostly!Or sometimes twice!

I've been doing this every day since I started living with a girl and that's been over 10 years - my skin is fine. Before that it was every 2 days (didn't see much difference but she insisted

The only time my skin gets stressed is for some reason when it's about to heavily rain or snow in winter and that's eczema which seems to have just developed on its own and it only happens on my knuckles, mainly on my right hand for some weird reason.

I'm scared to death to read this thread, opting to just post, fearing somebody might have offered up some type of underwear changing schedule, for I'm already having a sub-par day, not able to take much more.

I like my dead-skin armor. I don't like to water the bacteria growing on my body, feeding it lard and sugars daily/weekly. I get charged for 50-gallons of water a month, whether I use it or not... After flushing once a week and a pot of coffee every day, that leaves only room or one shower a month. 49.95 gallons... Screw the man!

I told you, I know a friend who only bath once a week, and then another member of his family will use that water again for bath.

99% of the time I shower once a day, usually a couple hours before sleeping. I like to sleep clean.
Usually daily, but sometimes I'll skip on a Saturday or Sunday if I don't have plans. Some days if I've been physically active and gotten sweaty, I'll shower twice in one day.
It depends. If I'm just staying home for the weekend I don't shower fridays or saturdays (Yep, I shower one day in advance!). However if I do something during the weekends I shower 7 days a week.

You know what I actually know some friends who only shower or bath once a week. And they leave the water in the bath, and someone else of the his family use the bath after, using the dirty water from the first person. Yuk....
