Well yes and no. I know people who would buy a D3 account to bot on the account, sell the items on the market place and profit more than the 20$ that he paid for the game. Or someone who just decided to not be with the hype when Diablo Casino was launched waited until prices were low for the game to save 40$

My guess is that a D3 account would be worth about 1 BTC / 20$ clean. I wouldn't know for WoW, sorry

Its best to ask for the prices in $ instead of btc because tomorrow btc may just jump to 14$.
