XRP has a long and steady following, I don't think anyone is paying them, I think these are a few people who thought it would be $5 or $10 and then got slapped hard with all the bad news. Centralized coins are shite and it's strange people support them with all their hearts.

I doubt XRP owners are going to pay people over here to shill for XRP. Would make no sense at all since shillings doesn't help people achieve much as they can easily be identified and pointed out. People are talking about XRP because of the current lawsuit that is going on. Trending topics are always seen to be discussed over here. Discussing about it doesn't mean people are shilling for it.

I see alot of posts about XRP here lately it seems to get bumped alot by the same people. The owners of XRP were found selling $100s of millions (OF US DOLLARS) of XRP are they paying people to shill for xrp here?

You creating this topic can also be consider as a paid shiller, because i can see you not only talked about xrp but also talking about other project as well, could it be you are also indirectly or directly shilling!
everyone is free to talk about what they want to, not necessarily mean they have been paid to do so, besides xrp has an open issue with the law so it is very natural to see people talking about it, many are concerned with the situation and what will become of the project.
I'm not sure why they would shill here the forum is just a small portion there's a lot outside the forum however even if they shill XRP I'm sure that the issue regarding XRP has been reached to all.
I don't think we should invest large amounts in risky coins. With a small amount of money, we can invest in coins with an expectation of x100, but for large investments, ETH should have priority 
What i only see is that Those are Old topics that being Bumped over time , and also what i found there are Most of the posters are spammers from Bounty campaign and nothing to say concrete but generics posts .
