Apply as affiliate and get more from referring visitors. I know someone earning atleast $10k per month promoting cam site as affiliate. You can use facebook or twitter. Once you refer many users you don't need to work very hard you just need wait the pay check every month.

How are you going to do this? via skype? This depends on how much is your rate, your popularity on your chosen field and you yourself since you are the one who will work and you can tell how many clients you can serve in a day.

Yes one can earn over the 0.3 btc per hour or else if the person or women is very attractive then her or his rate will be increased more. More over they need to be more friendly with customers.

If you're popular tons of people will watch you = more money

depends on how many viewers.. depends on how you allow access..
EG some sites are free to view, but then demand a donation for specific requests/ sexual positions.
some are locked down and have access only after payment.
some are paid purely by advertisments on pages of video's
some women can make $10 a session, sometimes they can make hundreds.. but it all depends on how many viewers you have that are willing to pay. or just being open to free-loaders and hoping someone will be generous or that the viewer count will be enough to grab something from advertisers.
The small matter of what the 'worker' looks like might have a part to play in determining what they earn too
