You can not connect it directly, but indirectly. I for myself use Spectrocoin Debitcard.
Just create a free account there and deposit the fiat money. The site supports more than 30 fiat currencies.
Spectrocoins offers a lot of payment systems to deposit and withdraw including SEPA transfer what should work in Slovakia as far as I know. Then order the free debit card in cooperation with Visa and then you are able to pay with Bitcoins on more than 25 million shops worldwide.
Of course there are other debit card providers but I have only used Spectrocoin card so far.

Hi Zend7,

Thank you for your effort.

What do you think about these steps:
1. Open a BitPanda account
2. Buy some BTC on BitPanda from a Slovak bank account and have it there
3. Sell that BTC on BitPanda and send the money to Serbian Bank account

Please have a look here to see the model

Thanks Zend7,

Ok. Let me tell you what exactly I would like to achieve.
I have a bank account in Serbia and I have a bank account in Slovakia.
I would like to transfer some money from Slovak bank account to the Serbian one.
If I use the bank transfer, they are gong to charge me a high fee for this service and will use the high exchange rate.
However, if i buy bitcoin in Slovakia from my Slovak bank account and sell it in Serbia, then I can supposedly transfer the money to my Serbian bank account.
Could you please explain to me how you would do it (in steps if it is possible)?

Ok, let me explain it to you in steps.

1. Register an account here www.bitpanda.com
2. Create a Skrill account if you haven't one already (or Paypal but I prefer Skrill as is fastest and no pending payments once verified)
Link this account with the Serbian bank account and add your bank account there.
3. Buy Bitcoins with whatever method you feel more comfortable (let's assume in this example you buy with the Slovakian bank account)
4. Since Bitcoin is now in your wallet, send it to the deposit address given to you from Bitpanda so you send your bitcoin to Bitpanda.
5. Once you see your coins in your Bitpanda account, click Sell your coins there, click Sell all from your balance.
6. When asked what kind of payment method you want to use, select Skrill.
7. Put the Skrill address which is linked to your Serbian bank account and continue clicking next, next until you sell.
8. After 10-30 minutes money should be in your Skrill account
9. Withdraw from this Skrill account to your Serbian bank account.

I hope this helps, I try to be as specific as I could.

Didn't you just explain it in steps yourself? It's how I'd do it. Bitcoin isn't bound to geographical borders so any bitcoins you acquire anywhere in the world, by whatever means, will end up in your wallet. these you can sell anywhere in the world.

Do keep in mind that bitcoins price fluctuates and you should sell yours as fast as possible after you purchased because there's always chance you lose money from a simple pricedrop. Bitcoin is on an alltime high now.

Hello my dears,

Thank you for your existence  Smiley
I have a question.
Can I for example open a wallet and connect to it my bank account (credit/debit card) from Slovakia, from Serbia, Hungary etc.?
With other words, can be more bank accounts from different countries connected to the same wallet?

Kind regards,
Cosmopolitan

Not really understanding well. But if you mean to connect your bank account to your bitcoin wallet then it's not possible.

What you can do is buy bitcoin from Slovakia,Serbia,Hungary and all Balkans I believe from bitstamp.net or bitpanda.com and send the bitcoin to your wallet.

Yes you can use any payment methods, different bank accounts to buy bitcoin and then send to your wallet. It's as easy as 1,2,3.

I think this is a must have guide for any beginner starting out in bitcoin.
