My first Satoshis were mined with block erupetrs back in Oct '13, btc was $188 per back then. I made it to 1 btc in Nov '13 with my GPUs mining alt-coins mostly Novacoin.

I made the horrible mistake of making a pre-order from Black Arrow, I sent them every dime I had and they fucking stole my money. I still haven't received my miner.

My first BTC was from a faucet back in 2010 though. Back then they used to dispense 0.1BTC pretty regularly so I just visited a bunch and got a BTC.
Lost interest and deleted the wallet though and only came back in 2013.

I paid it about 190€. Usually I don't buy a BTC but just a part like 0.5 or 0.1. It's more convenient in my opinion.

I paid around the same as what it is now, $220 if I remember rightly.
I had paid 300 usd , now rate has reduced and I might be able to to trade bitcoins at a lower rate than a hundred usd . If there were no altcoins other than bitcoin , the price of bitcoin might rise enough .
