Community Managers as in the guys who manage Telegram, BitcoinTalk and Reddit for different blockchain projects.
The best way to know is ask them directly or you can check out offers on the services section on how much the ICO devs are offering to their managers. I've seen one for a telegram channel -$300 / week. That's already a good rate for moderating the whole project's channel.

Go check their bitcoin address on their profile from there you can see how much does a bitcointalk staff receive for their work.
This is another way but there's no guarantee that it came from their salary to the time they rendered for doing their job. But if you are familiar with the address who sent it to them, you can verify it alone.

payment depends on the agreement of both parties between managers and companies, reputation also affects pay, according to my estimate maybe about 1-10 btc  Grin

No one really knows how much salary they get in managing forums, telegrams, reddit and ICO projects. You can directly send them a message to know the exact details or if you're interested you can ask them how to do things like managing forums, if they're nice enough they share you some information about it.

Go check their bitcoin address on their profile from there you can see how much does a bitcointalk staff receive for their work. Last time I checked their address it depends on how much they've contributed in a month because others get paid more while some are less. Maybe it depends on how much boards they're assigned to moderate.

You please directly write to the forum moderator or managers in the forum. You may get the detailed information from them. I am not sure that they will reveal the getting paid amount to you here in the public page.
I would like to know that what is the usage of the information you want to know. Instead ask how to become a manager. That would be apt to ask.
Exactly. Becaus he might get an answer to how much do they get paid but he also needs to know what would be the tasks needed to be accomplished in order to get paid. I think the second question is more difficult one. It is not easy to miderate i think as i see it in campaigns i been to.
Being a manager wont really be an easy task. If you do just base on the things that they are doing it wont really be simple. It would need experience and professionalism.Salaries would really be depending  on your performance and just like been said above it would be depending on the agreement because manager rates are different. If there would be lots of task to be done then its normal to think that it would really have higher salary.

Asking about salary or rates of the work they do have done then no people can able to know such thing since those informations are personal and come to think off that managers wont really disclose on how much they do earn but i would say this would really be entirely different on rates depending on how reputable you are on this forum and also managers do have different rates i do believe. Rates would really vary on the agreement between the manager and the company owner itself.

Oh. if you can ,, why do you ask this? are you interested in becoming a manager?
I do not know how big a baya for a manager in an hour. but based on the experience I get, many dev / teams make payment rules based on lots and length of time spent.
usually they will pay a manager in the weekly period and the amount depends on the performance of a manager.
