Days to break even: NEVER

And this is not taking into account the halving, (possible) diff rise, (possible) price drops, import dutys, hardware failure,...

If you REALLY want to go trough with your plan, follow notlist3d's advice and search for a hosting center that offers waaaaaaay lower electric rates

nothing, you need solar power or some other form of free energy added to your miner, to remove that utterly high electricity cost, otherwise there is no profit here

i would wait for the next gen miners, but again with that 0.25 cent it will be almost impossible to roi

First of all, his asking way above it's price ($637 in BTC on Bitmain website itself). Assuming that's 2nd hand so even worst, better buy directly from their website instead. You could earn around $190 per month, assuming the difficulty doesn't changes (which it does all the time so it could be a little different result).

Actually, with his 0.25$/kWh. He is not going to earn anything. He will have to pay more in electricity than he will earn BTC with mining. 0.1$ is quite too high. 0.25$/kWh is ridiculous.

Yes, it will not be a profitable business. Your buying second-hand miner and if you face any repair than it will be even worst.

Since your electricity charges are so high, you will not make any profit with even new miner. Try to explore, whether you can use solar electricity.

I would look at a hosting center to get started.   Getting solar is kinda pricey unless you have a expert.  Phil has shown what can be down with solar and i admit it's pretty cool.

But as far as starting off with 1 miner and 25 cent electricity.... it's not going to work.  There are many good hosting centers to choose from though.

So i'm new into the whole mining game...
I got a offer from someone.
I could buy i Antminer S7. For 1050$
My electricity costs around 0.25$/Khw (Pretty expensive if u ask me. But whatever)
How much could this thing earn for me /month? I could go 24/7. And i would be able to look after it to make sure it doesnt shut down on its own. (I'm working from home so i'm able to look after it)
