The effect will not last more than 1 day.

When the price exceed certain range, more miners will come online as the profit is high.

More miners starting to mine would not affect the price of bitcoin as the difficulty would adjust upwards. The rate at which blocks are found is fixed to be, on average, over time one block every 10 minutes.

It would take a relatively small amount of money to manipulate the bitcoin exchange market.

The daily volume of BTC volume on exchanges is only around 15-20 million dollars worth. It would probably take less then 10% of that to move the market significantly

No I dont escrow anymore.
Let just speculate i have 2-3 million EUR.
Would it be enough to push significally price on lets say BTC-E? If so - by how much.
I was trying to do some math but preety much failed. Can somebody with better understanding tell me if 2-3 million EUR is enoug hand if so - how much could it push and how could it be done more or less.

You can try that yourself. Go to https://bitcoinwisdom.com/markets/btce/btcusd
and select tools -> Estimate Trading

currently 600K USD would increase the BTC price on btc-e to 625 (+4.55%)

Last 24 hrs volume was about 30 million dollars. You might be able to push the price up a decent amount if you put a huge buy order up
