Thank you for you wisdom, keep it up!  I'am new here, but does that happen a lot here? I think that now is anyone of them sees this post maybe someone will try harder, make some websites, etc...? But still, where do they announce new upcoming currencyes, here on Bitcointalk?

The article does well in talking about whether the legal boxes have been ticked (legal entity, terms and conditions, escrow) etc. It could have been more interesting if it had taken some ICO examples and then checked how they conform to these checks.

I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not sure...
...But most are scams and the dev just dumps everything as soon as they can to make a quick buck. Thanks for showing the warning signs though.

In last week’s blog we looked at what an ICO (Initial Coin Offering) is and explored some of the risks associated with investing in a new venture via an ICO.   This week we wanted to balance that viewpoint by looking at some of more positive aspects of the ICO we have experienced from working alongside clients directly involved with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency and digital currency transactions.

One of the questions we are often asked by client interested in taking part in a potential ICO is whether there are any examples of successful ICOs.  The simple answer is yes, there definitely are.
