Regardless of if it was someone trying to get free BTC (I see the post has now been removed), the fact remains that Cryptsy is failing miserably and people are simply unable to use it to take advantage of market opportunities.

Paul has not addressed these issues, he continues to focus only on adding new markets and failed to offer any compensation to his customers who do pay trading fees. He could reduce the fees until the bugs are ironed out, but alas our concerns fall on deaf ears.

its rreally bad and im glad some people are posting in the community.

businesses making a lot of money quickly tend to get focused on making more money and not on the problems their customers are having.

in this case its really bad because its other peoples money they are messing with and people are having a really bad time on their site with all their hard earned coins, and not expecting it since the site appears to be functional when u go there.

for 2 weeks, same story, nothing works. no warninngs. they just want you to deposit and start paying fees. the site is horribly unusuably broken for any sort of trading. use it for dumping coins only.

His site definitely has some problems.

I've been mining for awhile now, just in the last week or so started getting into trading.  I signed up through Cryptsy because they seem to have the greatest variety of coins, decent web interface but I'm beginning to think maybe I made a mistake.

The site is HORRIBLY slow, constantly logs me out, even while in the middle of doing stuff.  When logging in, the CAPTCHA on the login page *ALWAYS* fails on the first attempt no matter if I type it in correctly or not.  Second try always works.

And yeah - the site goes completely down at least once a day or so as well.

All the while, that SOB is staring at me through his sunglasses on his live twitter feed on the home page . . .

Is this for real or trolling? The comments are closed so it would suggest an admin posted it. This guy's website has been crashing for weeks, hundreds of people unable to take money out, lags on deposits and he has the gaul to ask for 5 bitcoin to add a coin to his site?

If this isn't a well played trollolol I would say this: Asshole get your fucking priorities in line. We don't need 400 new alt coins, we need a functioning website first. I've been trying to cancel a transaction for an hour now. The coins are showing pending for trade, the trade is not showing at all (cancelled an hour ago) but I can't access them as they haven't been returned to my account yet.

5 bitcoins to add a new currency when you can't even handle the ones you have. I hope your business fails miserably. You can't even respond directly to the hundreds of complaints made about your site, instead you hide in the shadows shooting out private messages in secrecy. Have the balls to confront your rightfully pissed off customers and address these issues publically. How much longer will we have to wait for you to address issues that are a MONTH old now... missing/delayed fund transfers, bad gateway errors, etc.
