IT depends on different factors really but the basic answer you could say is based on how fast your hash rate is.

Example: You have a HD7970 graphics card that is mining at a rate of 700 Mhps (mega hashes per second)

Mining with a pool like bitminter.com you could probably get around 0.2 bitcoin per day if your lucky.

Look into alternate coins like litecoins or terracoins because its a bit late to start mining bitcoins with the difficulty factor increasing and reward rate for solving blocks dropping soon or maybe invest in ASIC hardware if you plan on sticking with bitcoin. The forums have all the info you need my friend.

The rates and payouts i mentioned above are obviously approximate. But they should give you an idea.
