Just weighed myself for the first time since Festivus (Dec 23). I was SHOCKED to see I haven't gained any weight. But then again, I didn't overindulge, didn't snack constantly, and only had a few beers a night.
I'm very happy.

Yes! Here's my experience. I sittin' on the shitter right now still shittin' out Christmas dinner. I believe that when I'm done in about an hour I'll weigh about the same as prior to Festivus.
I guess I have 1~2 kg weight gain
