Latoken and Exmarkets will list your IEO no matter how much money you would pay, they will do it because as you can see they chose greedy tactic to gain as much as possible from listing fees, they do not care much about the quality of the project.

Looking at this it looks like Latoken is performing good as well, not pretty bad if we are investing with this. It is been having their IEO since last 2017 and quite to think that they are gaining positive response from the community.

In latoken for every btc or eth pair of your coin it costs 3btc I think, I knew this one because I got curious and send them an email which I say that I want to list my coin there. And I dont know how much is the fee to the rest of what you are asking. Listing in an exchange is truly costly, if a projects want to be listed they need a huge amount of money to do that thing.It is really expensive to list a coin even in medium-type exchanges.
And in terms of IEO listing, I think, the exchange and the project has certain financial agreement about this.
Like the percentage cut by the exchange after the IEO ended.
They won't disclose exact numbers to the public but if you are a coin owner and wanted to inquire, maybe you can get approximate figures from those exchanges.
This is also one of the sources of their income, so if you don't have the funds, better not to think of creating your coin, unless you have other hidden agenda in mind.
All these exchanges have no worth and IEO also not have worth because all projects that are listing in low ranking and no value of tokens in exchange no have buyer and seller is more than buyers.
All exchanges that you have listed are garbage. Almost every single IEO that were done there, brought only loses to their investors. For example, I have never heard about an IEO that was successful on Latoken.
ZEUX, GAP, TCJ - just the projects that I can remember now. They were succeed raising at Latoken over 300 thousands in USD upon the difficult times for the market in terms of amounts of money raised through crypto crowdfunding.

but if there is a good IEO on another exchange based on the research already carried out then I think that IEO is worth investing. for me binance only provides a safe place for investors but for projects therein depend on the development to handle it

I would not participate in these exchanges:Latokens and P2P2B2B.In my memory, they have conducted at least 5 IEO really fraudulent projects.I have absolutely no confidence in them.I fully support you. If you participate, then you need to on verified exchanges

The fruit does not fall far from the tree. There have been a lot of allegedly reports and negative reputation of the exchangers you've mention. So, the IEOs running through them more likely received skeptical remarks from many. My personal opinion here is that if the project itself have unrealistic promises for their investors, it more likely to fail. Be more observant even to those little details because skepticism can save you from losing a lot of money.

Binance itself was 50 bitcoins as far as I remember, that was of course during the early days of their DEX one, I don't know how much it is today, it ranges from at the top 50 bitcoins and goes as low as free but usually averages around 1 to 10 bitcoins on almost all middle exchanges that are not horrible exchanges but neither binance level of volume neither. If you can spend 50 bitcoins on binance, I would rather see it on 5 other places that are semi-decent instead of just binance.
Reality is, if you are good enough and you can attract enough people to your coin instead of getting attention by being listed, you will be listed without you paying anything anyway, do you think ethereum pays anyone to be listed? or eos? those are all added for free, all coins should aim to be like that.

Afaik, minium 10 BTC was required for listing the coin on the Binance a year ago but for the current moment, I have no idea about the payment.
As far as I know Binance is not the highest bidder for coin listing as they are only asking from $1million to $3million depends on what the coin type(compatibility) and marketing services. I didn't read any article that it needed 10 BTC ( about $100000 which is quite small for what they are asking now). I think it changed since they are one of the top ranking and best performing exchange at the current time, but think of it, is it expensive isn't?

All the above exchanges had produced worse IEOs this outgoing year, I had to conclude that any project I followed that decides to raise fund there is a scam. most projects this year never got listed after the crowdsale, some gave wrong figure of raised fund and couldn't continue and some ran away. That's right, because latoken exchanges, p2pb2b and idax have made scams several times, so the reputation of the exchange's trust has been lost in the eyes of traders and investors.

10BTC is too much high. But it is better enough than listing in exchange without any volume or future. We know that binance and bittrex are good exchange to be conducted a IEO. And since they are popular, they required also a high fee for promotion and buying a new existing coin in cryptocurrency. You mean the listing fee with that exchanges? I guess they are cheap listing fee because you know they are not famous yet, unlike big exchanges like binance which is cost hundreds thousand of dollars fee I think.
of course the greater the exchange, the greater the cost to be registered there. but several projects collaborate with exchanges to get registered on their exchanges. In essence, there will be something beneficial for exchanges like IEO and other collaborations.

I mean there is no incubation program for careful review like what happens in binance. p2pb2b is even more concerned with the quantity in which many of their IEOs appear regularly. some projects announce false news that they have already got enough investors and funds to run the project after IEO in some of the exchanges you mentioned. but it won't take long for them to disappear and take no responsibility for the tokens we have purchased. even exchanges as good as binance also will not be able to guarantee the price of tokens that we buy in IEO can return our capital.

IEO will help a project fund rising so if you want a small exchange then it will never good success personally i will never accept a project IEO like exchange in you share.

very disappointing, what is wrong is the exchange or the project team, which is clear tokens that are listed on the market exchange are very low exchange rates and not as expected at the beginning.

I think its better to contact them direclty and ask how much is it. As i understand the listing fee is different for every exchange its depend how popular the exchange is you want to list your coins, much popular the higher the cost for listing. 
In my opinion, from the market exchange you mentioned, the average IEO project that was there ended up unsuccessful and very worthless. why many IEO projects still choose there, it might be that the "cost" of listings is cheap compared to a big market exchange. all IEO and any market is very risky because there is no guarantee your money will be safe (not necessarily ROI when investing), be careful.
The majority of current IEOs are no different from previous ICOs except for sure it will be listed on an exchange. If you put an IEO next to an ICO you won't find their differences. The majority of IEOs will be pumped then dumped and developers will leave the project.
Even with big exchanges like Binance, IEO's situation is not much better, many IEOs on binance are dying.

Well if your a project owner or staff you can ask them directly on their sales mail. I bet not much more of forum members know the real price for sure. Probably high end exchanges will be costly compare to low standard exchanges.

If you're seeking to invest into IEOs make sure you check out the projects offered by the larger exchanges like Bitfinex, OKex, Houbi, Binance, and Kucoin etc. as they're likely to have better ROI than the smaller exchanges with better quality offerings and as always DYOR

If I follow IEO, I think I would be better off following IEO organized by large exchangers than the exchangers mentioned above. Large Exchangers will not hold IEO from careless projects because it involves their reputation.
I know there's already allot people mentioned this but if you are really serious about your project and really looking for the best exchange for you to have IEO with, then you should consider choosing binance, though, the 100 percent success rate will not be secured, there's still a huge chance that people will show their support to your project because of the very high reputation binance exchange already established. Depend on the exchange he want to list thier coins/tokens . Mostly those expensive is those who have high volume daily trade. If you want cheaper listing you need to choose not so popular and low volume exchange there is also a free listing but there are requirements needed for this.
IEO is good program but so far really has disappointment result, you can track it on news or exchanges telegram channel. I believe release IEO, ICO or STO will bring problems into exchanges/ developer because red market still running. Users will get low price coin and volume that might be not giving profit at all. This is the fact and I'm people already knows that. You should choose IEO list in popular exchanges and has realistic target price. Follow them in media social before join and see what they promises, if suspicious just leave.

At the moment there are many exchangers conducting IEO and in my opinion it is good if we look at the positive side of the reduction in scams, but sometimes some small exchangers do not see the whole new project, so they seem not to do in-depth research about the new project.
That's why dont put a listing of new projects on small fry exchange if you dont want to waste youre money or time on it. If thr project is good and worth a shot to develop I think they could somehow think of a way to enter a big exchange IEO application, well even private funding is okay since thr project will be worth a shot. It is very difficult to gather information about how much their listing prices are. Apparently, they make agreements with the projects they have agreed on. So, exchange itself is the source of the most accurate information, try to contact them.but if OP are talking about how much worth each project that got approved and listed to an exchange, the answer is varies aswell. there are good project and bad project but most of low tier exchange only hosting bad project that's unapproved by the quality exchanges.

According to a recent report, there are 2 IEOs that perform best and so far offer positive ROIs in the long run. BTT and MATIC.

only probit exchanges are often successful at raising ieo projects compared to the exchange you mentioned. There are quite a lot of projects that raise funds in the p2pb2b market but what happens after ieo end, all ieo project tokens Listed on the p2pb2b exchange, none exceed the ieo price, in fact we often see there are no interested people when the tokens are traded.
Projects listed on these exchanges for their tokensale are really just setting themselves up to fail because I doubt if any serious project would ever consider listing their sale in these exchanges because it's almost guaranteed that they would not raise much funds and it might end in tears, especially in LAToken and P2PB2B, I seriously dislike those exchanges and all the scam threads focused on them isn't helping to plead their case at all.

Almost all the exchangers mentioned are small exchangers and have a small transactions volume, so in my opinion if the costs to hold IEO on the trading platform will certainly not require a lot of costs to remember the capacity of the exchanger which does not have a high ranking in CMC, it is different from the exchanger big ones like binance, bitforex and others who do have high trust from traders so the costs required to do IEO are of course also big. 
I have seen in an article that Latoken, P2PB2B takes 3 Bitcoin to held an IEO, Sistemkoin takes 1 Bitcoin! Though I am not sure but I believe the amount is very low and the only low-quality project goes for these exchanges to held their IEO sale. Recently one new exchange called Tagz ranked top in CMC and they are taking only 1 Bitcoin to start a new IEO. So, most of these types average and low-quality exchange IEO fee is not that high.
Maybe you can ask the project team who launched IEO on the exchangers you mentioned but usually the team will not give that, and what I know to launch IEO costs a lot. I don't know the exact amount.

As i know any projects could be listed on those exchanges without listing fee because the exchanges would take advantage of selling the project's token itself when it enters their exchanges, and how much the project worth ? it depends on the project itself, if the project raised much fund i'm sure it will worth more, and also if the project could keep the demand, it will be very nice for a project's future.

Listing fees differs but all the exchanges mentioned above are all low rated exchanges due to lack of good liquidity, these exchanges sometimes gives fake volume as well so their listing is affordable for new projects 
I Would like to ask about some Exchange where some project's IEO are running, How Much worth of those Project that are Listed for IEO in these Exchange.(Latokens,Exmarkets,P2P2B2B,Sistemkoin,ProBit)
They worth nothing. Almost all of them are the scam exchange sites especially for p2pb2b and that is the worst exchange site in the world. If there will be an IEO that runs on that platform and that means if such IEO will be worthless in the future.
This based on my experience that i have seen so many scam projects have been running their IEO on that site.
A bad IEO will always run on the BAD exchange site and this is the rules that is happening right now.

Indeed there have been many allegations about the exchange of p2pb2b so it does not recommend to be listed by IEO on the exchange, I see even many projects die because IEO is not sold at all because there is no demand at all.
Latoken a lot of disposal tokens there so IEO there is still less trusted by investors, so they prefer popular exchanges to make IEO investments.

Well if your a project owner or staff you can ask them directly on their sales mail. I bet not much more of forum members know the real price for sure. Probably high end exchanges will be costly compare to low standard exchanges.

I also do not know how much fund which must be prepared to list the IEO on the exchange the, which obviously clearly says that the exchange you mentioned earlier is very cheap if you want to register it but does not guarantee its success because some of the exchanges that you mentioned have a bad reputation.
