What does the site offer in terms of services? I'm not going to pay for a random membership that doesn't actually provide services I'd use. What sort of features would your site offer, I'm a little confused.

I stand with Ukraine.
OP, if you'd include a 0 option in your poll you'd have much more results.

But seriously all this thing with the paid membership is so ridiculous. What do you think this forum is all about? There are some very good experts on Bitcoin here and they are giving their advices for free.

Do you really think that you can find anyone that stupid to fall for things like this:

MEMBERSHIP NEVER EXCEEDS 150

and you are showing that you already have
Quote
95 MEMBERS

?

And finally:

We feel confident that our membership material will enable you to find success investing in bitcoin ...

Why don't you do it yourself then?

Guys, the pool is in dollars, not in bitcoins. You do realize that, don't you? Who in the name of world would want to pay 10 BTCs which is the lowest amount for a content like this which is highly speculative?!

Like many have said, informations like this you can find everywhere online. Everyone is a Bitcoin price prediction gurus nowadays! From Twitter, to YouTube, Facebook, Google, the know everything speculators are everywhere!

How would you protect information and advice from that website? Inflation is experience good, once I get it I know whether it is valuable for me or not. What s gonna stop me to disperse it all over the net?

I'm not willing to pay 10 btc for speculation information

You can find that for free on the internet.

Hell, I don't even think 0.5 btc is worth paying for a subscription like this

I'm not prepared to pay anything for a site like this.

Why would I pay for something if I can do my research myself and find speculation all over the internet

10 bitcoin? no way, not even 1 btc, they are too precious to be thrown randomly at some stuff no matter how valuable those stuff are , bitcoin is more valuable to me than anything else at the moment

Yeah. I doubt anyone would pay for this "membership", with their hard earned money. They can just come here(to Bitcointalk) and they can get whatever advice they need from the BitcoinTalk community. I will be a 0 on the scale of 1-10, and who in the right mind would pay $100 a month for some subscription that you don't even know is good or not. Thanks, but no thanks.

I am in agreement with the majority that have responded, I wouldn't pay anything on a monthly basis for something like this when you have this forum and other sources to go to .

It really depends on the content to be honest. Everyone can run a (excuse me for my language) shitty news site.

It would be wiser to have a section that is for everyone and a members only paid section. You can have all the actionable information locked in the paid member's section only and get teaser articles on the free part.

As you see, I don't want to pay on something I don't even know what it's like. As for the price, it depends on the quality of info you got. A $99 / year subscription is reasonable.

Best thing to do is teach best practices and not give people targets etc.

You should probably consider unpaid membership as well. Where you have access to less articles and see ads. This way people can check out the service and consider if it is worth it.

The paid membership can than benefit from excluseive articles or early access to said articles.

100 usd a month for a membership is quite insane imo. Unless you build a solid track record, people will be hard pressed to follow your advice to earn enough money to pay for the membership.

No free trials before considering to get a premium membership? Hmm, it seems that not much members would be willing to get this 'membership' then. Also, no prominent members already in the group? Willing to pay a dollar or two for trials and $20 max for membership.

I have tried to do something similar, but in the end it really comes down to trying it out and then deciding if you want to continue or not. Bite the bullet as it were.

i woudnt pay anything for membership like this until prediction is not proven or no proof of gain
prediction can get from diffirent place in the internet for free even some of them predict the price
once or twice there always the risk that they will failed or just manipulating us and drop us sooner
in the end its better if we will just trust ourself

I wouldn't pay anything, but if the site later has a good record for predictions and advice, I might be willing to pay around $10-$25 a month depending on how good the benefits are. To have people willing to pay $100 a month, you'd have to give out some really high quality content that would teach them how to profit more than $100 a month.

Not your target market you want to bring people who know nothing about Bitcoin to your site to learn about Bitcoin
As such your looking at a different market.
And since its digital has no newsletter and no reputation, a 14 day free trial and 99 cents for the first few months would be about as far as I would go.

If you came to the site and told us that you had 400 whales in your team and they will join efforts to manipulate the price, I would think $100 / month would be a small price to pay for the returns you would be getting from this inside information.

People will not pay $100 / month, if the return is less than that and you have no guarantees that they will benefit from this financially.  Roll Eyes

I wouldn't pay anything.

I'm self taught regarding bitcoin, I will succeed or fail based on my own actions & what information is readily available to me 'for free'.

Supposed experts call the bitcoin price wrong all the time, I don't see why anybody would pay for what the OP is offering.

The bitcoin market is in its infancy, nobody can call it 100% of the time, even whales get screwed every now & again trying to manipulate.

Proceed with extreme caution guys, I've seen this kind of stuff many times

Haven't all the inevestment schemes with bitcoin been scams and ponzis ? I think more than 70% have atleast ended as a ponzi. For that reason, I don't think the site or similar schemes would be popular.

I wouldn't be prepared to pay anything, and I think there should be an option in your poll for people like me, otherwise its results will be biased. I read technical analysts threads here, and on other websites dedicated to TA but I don't believe any of them. None of them are worth paying for because it's rare they make good calls.

You have to consider the fact that in here we can get devs posting and you can get info on Bitcoin first hand. Maybe you delivered some inside info leaked by whales or something.

Most of the membership benefit would revolve around analysis done on the price of bitcoin, current adoption trends, industry developments, and the economic characteristics behind digital money.

It would be informative and help intermediate investors profit from being involved in bitcoin - both from a financial standpoint and professional view.

I doubt i would pay anything for speculative info. There is lot of free places where you can get info for free, and price of bitcoin is unpredictable anyway. What would be membership benefits?

There are already a few publications which attempt technical analysis of the bitcoin market (NEWSBTC, et. al), however we would be taking a longer term view (3 - 10 year investment window) of bitcoin rather than seeking to make quick gains from day-to-day trading.

That being said, our content would look at the wider scope of digital money and its implications, such as the separation between money creation and the state and how individuals can position themselves to benefit from this transition.

Hello good people of the BitcoinTalk Forum,

We are looking at offering a membership subscription service at www.diginomics.com.

This membership would be a bitcoin investment group in exchange for a monthly fee.

What we are looking to create is a membership site focusing on 3 core tenants:

  • how to increase your financial standing with digital money
  • how to increase your individual sovereignty with digital technologies
  • how to govern your livelihood with an emerging form of law based on mathematics itself

View the Landing Page Here
(Landing page still under development)

Currently, we are conducting market research to determine what the willingness to pay on behalf of the market would be and also what people would be most interested in getting out of the membership.

1. What kinds of content would you be most interested in receiving for
such a membership? (written articles, PDFs, videos, tutorials, courses,
events, live webinars)

2. What single thing would compel you to join this membership more than
anything else?

3. On a scale of 1-10, how willing would you be to pay $100 / month for
this membership?

Membership benefits would include premium content, live streamed events, and financial analysis of the bitcoin market. Pricing for a membership site such as this can be a difficult thing to get exactly right.

Thanks for any feedback and constructive criticism.
