I trust bit address.com and I used it to create a paper wallet before.
In the site they wrote that you can save it and open it offline and it works without connection for more security

Satoshi is rolling in his grave. #bitcoin
Assuming you are certain you have no malicious software on your computer. What are the chances the private key you generate here https://www.bitaddress.org can be intercepted/recorded by someone else?  I found an article on how to do it by downloading the core and I think I can handle it https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/How_to_set_up_a_secure_offline_savings_wallet. It is a lot more work, but is it worth it for a coin balance in the single digits?

Save the site and create paperwallet offline, that way there should be zero chance of it being intercepted/recorded by anyone really.
I myself too have bitcoins in savings, but i stored them using a different method;

- i download core to fresh install OS, create wallet, send funds to that wallet address
- copy wallet.dat to fresh formatted thumbdrive (x3 backups), and formatted that system afterwards
- move the funds from online comp always to that savings one til the day i want to use them

Might be tricky if ure planing to use the funds, but if u're having separate longterm holdings like me, the process is to be done only once and it's not much of a hassle.

cheers

For now it is safe enough, but what can destroy these will be if quantum computers will be available and that could be a big trouble for the whole community.
