Litecoin dev here, on average (period of approximately 3 and a half days), a block is found every 2.5 minutes.
This has always been the same since the inception of Litecoin until today, and we do not expect to change the block generation time.

it never changes as far as i know, i think the block time is always the same no matter what, it can be changed if the whole code gets changed
