Might have been a better idea to build up your bitcointalk account first before launching a project to save from any restrictions. You should be able to find out the activity counting system in place here that will explain about how many posts per day are accepted to build it up.

Yes because you cant see them until JR you got that correct. And that happens at 30 activity so shouldnt be much longer. Think I read somewhere that activity increases in a few days from now so really shouldnt be long!
