Smoking can weaken the immune system but it's already part of their lives. I have already started my own workout by searching YouTube videos and following what they do.

We have to get some sweat while we're lockdown.

That's right, and good luck just have motivation!!!

Like everyone else is saying a good diet, low stress, proper sleep, and certain vitamins/minerals are all good for your health. Of course one of probably the biggest killers of your immune system is getting sick (be it COVID or otherwise), so hygiene is important now more then ever.

One other thing I'd point out though, specifically on supplements, is the inherent flaw in statistics. If society thought eating exactly 1 french fry ever day boosts your immune system then everyone trying to boost theirs would probably eat exactly 1 french fry every day -- then those who eat exactly 1 french fry every day would probably appear to have a significantly better immune system than the average because those who are eating 1 fry are doing everything they can to boost their immune system even if the fry itself had no effect.

So I guess my point is more so that I don't know if we really do know what exactly boosts our immune systems, as certain supplements might be overblown just because they are used by the people trying to be healthy (though it gets a bit easier to know what kills our immune systems), so my two cents is that hygiene and prevention is the best way to go about this.

Personally, I use this free time to get in good shape. I have a treadmill at home and I (finally!) began to use it for its intended purpose)) I also have a small jar of cbd weight loss oil. They say that this controls appetite (not true) but for me it is more like a sedative to maintain a normal sleep pattern. I really miss walking. Too bad I don't have a dog (

Yeah, I miss walking too, the sun, air Sad... let's hope that it will end soon

Proper diet and regular exercise are just among the best routine to have a strong immune system.

Yeah, but these things are really helpful too Wink

Really effective for keeping your body healthy If we adhere to our daily routine our body will stay fit and be protected from various diseases We need to drink more water. And if you have to eat vegetables then your own immunity will be fine.

Anger, worries and fear most likely affect the immune system negatively. I usually fall ill when I'm either angry or worried despite eating healthy. I develop a mild illness recently (been long I fell sick) because I let my guard down. Now am back to my former positive/good mood and my body seems to be doing great.
I would have included maturbation or too much sex as immune weakener but "research" in that area says otherwise. The "researches" say it is good for the immune system but I have my doubt

Perhaps the last time I didn’t choose the words very accurately when I asked you to give explanations of the list from the previous topic (by the way. I completely agree with it).

Be that as it may, you really did a job that is worthy of attention, and I hope it finds a response among doubters.

Thank you very much Cheesy

So, in my previous post, some have demanded how exactly certain things affect and strengthen our immune system, so here it is.
So, there are numerous factors that can weaken, or disrupt, the balance of the immune system: chronic diseases, long-term use of antibiotics, irregular sleep, nervousness, heavy physical and mental work.
Along with exposure to stress, persistent exhaustion and chronic fatigue syndrome, lifestyle is also essential - nutritionally inadequate nutrition, insufficient (or even too much) physical activity, smoking, alcohol consumption, etc.
Regular, proper and healthy diets are among the main conditions to boost immunity, and the best "fighters" against the disease are useful nutrients: vitamins, minerals, proteins and other healthy ingredients of foods.
Due to the high content of Vitamin C, it is recommended to consume citrus fruits - lemon, orange and grapefruit, as well as kiwi, apples and sauerkraut, during the winter.
Folate (vitamin B9), cobalamins (vitamin B12) and zinc play a very important role in the cell division process, while vitamin A plays a role in the cell specialization process, all of which are very important for the proper production and efficiency of the previously mentioned immune-participating cells reactions.
Also, riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin E and plant polyphenols, and natural vitamin C, trace elements selenium, manganese and zinc, further contribute to protecting cells from oxidative stress.
So,viral infections are the most common infectious disease in the population.
Viruses are the cause of colds, flu, most sore throats, sinusitis and coughs.
A healthy immune system can defend itself against such diseases without the use of medicines.
Also antibiotics do not help with viral diseases because they do not act on viruses.

The best immunity to any diseases or illnesses can be tackled by the correct diet.
If you have a good diet you can protect yourself very well.
Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits then you will be very strong to treat any disease or virus.

I agree with you, but most of all we support our health If a healthy body mind is good then we can do all kinds of activities with great pleasure In order to keep your body healthy you need to take nutritious foods to increase your immune system. Viruses whose immune systems are less attacking them.

When we can live healthily and consume good food and sleep well, I believe that will help our immune grow, and that can protect us from any virus from out there. As long as you can manage the food and you can take care of your body and mind, you don't have to worry about the virus. All that thing will need balance, and when everything is balanced, you will see good things will come to you.
