what is your power cost?

how loud can you stand the miner to be?
This is a great answer.
If you have cheap, reliable power, stable internet and don't mind a couple of hair dryers constantly working in the room, choose hardware mining.

I agree with both.  Mining is not a one size fits all.  Hardware / Cloud is not the same ROI math for everyone.

I am lucky enough to be on the side hardware is still better.  Although I have to admit for some who don't have decent priced electricity and space cloud mining such as hashnest is pretty reasonable pricing.

Cloud mining is the better way. I dont like the electo smog and dry air while mining in my appartment.

I definitely do not want to spend over $100 for electricity. And since my apartment is small, noise doesn't suite me.

It's very easy to go over 100 if you are running miners.  What is your KWH price?

If your appartment is small chances are you will not like mining, as there is noise associated with most miners.  (There is a antminer C1 using liquid that will be interesting on noise). As far as price normaly cloud is higher then hardware if you have the electricity, and it's decent priced.   You can also look into hosting as with hosting you get are the owner of the hardware.

But either way 100 dollars is not hard to achieve with miners.

I have an Antminer S3 and I am happy with the miner, however I'm greedy and want to mine more Bitcoin. I can't decide whether I should buy a new miner or use a cloud mining service. I would appreciate some advice from experienced people.
If you think I should get a miner, which one do you recommend for a few hundred dollars? Are Bitmain products really the most effective ones on the market today?
If you think I should use a cloud mining service instead, what do you think is the best website?

Thank you in advance.
