It will take time for you to get to higher ranks so better go higher someone with knowledge of ICO and its publicity. There are nice people in the forum who are engaged in the ICO publications and managing the same. You can create a thread to ask people to join your support team. Paid would be better as you will get quality responses with it.

This is one of the weaknesses of the forum system, where you have to more than a full month at least to get yourself past Newbie status. Other than that, most people here will forgive the status and it won't do much to hurt your reputation - the announcement can simply link to all the necessary information (website, whitepaper, etc.).

Or go for the options suggested above. I saw this happen with a recent campaign I also helped promote. It hired a Legendary members to manage the announcement and promotion campaign. It's a very successful side business for a number of people here - in fact, by association, your project also gains some reputation. Look at the Services section.

That's good to hear as well.  Thanks.

So if I combined these last two suggestions, I could make separate posts for each of the sections of our project, our ideas linked to the Web/White Papers (with our needs, ex. Escrow.. which will be the next task).  Then during that time, I can find the right campaign manager to make an "official" ANN thread (with images, links, etc.).  Does that sound right?

Thanks again.  You guys are a very helpful community.  I just wish I would have started here months ago when I started on the White Papers.

You can always higher a manger with higher ranks. These people will have all the knowledge to manage your threads as well as any further campaigns that you publish here. Being newbie is always limited because you will have less trust and restriction to posts. For get your thread perfectly written you can hire talented members too. To receive greater responses try to create a thread in the ANN section and Service section under market place with your requirements under it. For getting quality responses try to get these announcements done by a manager or higher rank person by paying them for their brilliant work.

Slowly you can respond to people when they start asking questions about the ICO and related sections. By doing so your account will also grow slowly and you will rank up too. Then after you can jump too, to manage your bounties , threads etc. However by that time your hired managers, escrows and related members would have already taken care of everything. So go ahead and start looking for talent around the forum. All the best.

That's really helpful information.  Thanks.

You can always pay someone to run your thread. Some trusted higher ranks definitly will help you on that. For local threads and management you can always create a bounty thread.

Altough i never tried there are services that helps you to create your ico (like startico and ico2go) you can also check them.

Good luck, still you will have to work harder Smiley.

Literally my first reply here so I appreciate your comment.  I will look into a bounty thread.

I will need to look deeper into the forum bu any suggestions on the best way to find a "trusted higher rank" member to help would be greatly appreciated.  We would like to bring someone on to our team with proven experience.  Thanks again for the help.

As a Newbie I am limited to what I can post (no images).  What is the best way to make a proper ICO announcement?  Is there a credible way to have someone else handle this?  Also, are there best practices to handle the ICO process in general?  (within our ICO we are doing everything we believe to be correct, i.e. full transparent team, escrow, founder tokens limited to milestones, etc.)  Any suggestions to help make this a better process are welcome.  Thank you for your feedback.
