Is there a way for people to scan my QR code and send me bitcoin in face-to-face situation? I won't have access to 3g or wifi but they will have 3g internet access.
1. Before they scan, they would need to download an app or something else?

They would only need a mobile Bitcoin wallet of course. Most mobile wallet already have QR code reader built into their apps, so no additional app is needed.

2. Do I make a sceenshot on smartphone (Samsung), are there alternatives to carrying a printed paper version of my QR code around?
Thanks

Yes, you can screenshot your address QR code. It will be valid forever. Alternatively, you just need to save your Bitcoin address on a note, then generate the QR code using online block explorer service like blockchain.info or blockexplorer.com. Most online blockexplorer website would show the QR code when you search for an address.

The other person needs a wallet app that can scan your QR code.
Does Blockchain.info offer such an app that will allow their smartphone to scan my QR code?
Who do you recommend?

I would use a mobile wallet.  I use Breadwallet and have nothing but good experiences.

For face-to-face transactions, it's always better if you don't bring your wallet with you - to avoid someone trying to rob your coins. Instead you can:

1. download a watch-only wallet in your phone and import your address. Thus, you can only receive coins, and not spend.
2. print a QR code with your address.

The person selling you coins would need to have with him his wallet. So he should be able to scan your QR code from the paper or watch-only address and send you your coins.

I suggest you to use Mycelium, Electrum or Sentinel to import your Bitcoin address (not private-key).

Yes that's possible. You need a Bitcoin wallet app. When you select to receive bitcoins the app displays a QR code. You can make a screenshot and show it to the person who wants to send the bitcoins. You can also print the QR code on paper.
The other person needs a wallet app that can scan your QR code.

The downside, if you don't have internet access is, that you can't confirm immediately that you have received the transaction. You can only check later.
