However if you want to convert it into fiat i suggest try binance and use p2p.And when it comes buying Tron.. its actually available in trustwallet, just search Tron then click it and you will see the buy icon on the upper head corner like this.

You can ask your friend to send small amounts of tron and then send it to your wallet. You have only small amounts of USDT in your wallet and if you have no tron or another asset that can be swapped into the tron and you will never able to send your USDT forever. This being said that if your USDT will stay forever in your wallet until you will have tron to pay the network fees to send your wallet to the another address. It's better if you are starting to ask your friend regarding this problem and they can help you to send a small amounts of tron.
You will never able to take it if your wallet have zero amounts of tron.

Most centralized exchanges have minimum trade order limit is higher than $10 so literally you can't use any centralized exchange unless there is any exchange allows you to trade $5 worth of TRX because while transacting you have deduct transaction fee from what is left in your wallet.

The $7 in your trust wallet is a token or a stablecoin. This token or stablecoin is in which network. These info is needed to help you properly. But you can buy tron from Kucoin by depositing your $7 in there. However, to deposit in Kucoin, your trust wallet must have a transaction fee of respective network. 
Can you be more specific what coins you keep $7 worth (I hope it's not ERC20, your $7 doesn't even cover transaction fees)?
It looks like USDT TRC20, @OP wants to exchange/swap it and I think he doesn't have any Tron in his wallet.The transfer fee is low, so it will take about 18 Tron to complete, if you cannot buy it, write your address here and someone may send you 0.5 USD to you.
Trying sunswap may be good but I advise you to do more research (just google it) before exchanging.

if your 7$ is in the form of a token that you get from the airdrop, make sure first whether the token can be sold or not, many airdrop lock their tokens for hunters, but I hope it is not an airdrop token, if you want to buy tron you can buy it on exchanges like binance,

I assume that's USDT(TRC20) worth $7. In instant swaps, that's far from the minimum amount. I guess the only way that you can trade or exchange that is through p2p.

But try to put that on sale first through the marketplace(altcoins) and maybe someone will take that from you in exchange of other crypto that you want to swap.

First of all, if you want to sell this, you can use Binance P2P features. For doing this you have to pay only the transaction fee by TRX . You must have about 18 TRXs in your wallet

To buy TRX You can use e centralized exchanger. You can also do this by binance in the trading section TRX/USDT. And if you don't own TRX the first time, you can borrow TRX from a friend.
You can use swap based on tron network e.g. sunswap, since the internal exchange on trustwallet is for ETH and BSC network only or you can use centralized exchange too. I don't know how much the fee for swap, but supposedly it's cheap like the withdrawal fee on CEX.
