You accused him for spamming with alts and he negged you back because he didn't like what you did.

When the people were about to make a business with that account, they will see your and his accusations and will check each account. And then they will decide and see who's telling the truth.

If he's an alt acc spammer like you told, there's nothing to worry.

side note: i didn't check his profile but i ignored a few qtum spammer accounts recently and they all created in the same day. There is definitely a qtum spam going on.

Untrusted feedback comes in many hilarious (and stupid) forms...

Just head over to any user's profile that has been around here for a while, chances are you'll find trust ratings whose content is either made up out of thin air or whose sole intention is to insult. As long as these are ratings that are untrusted and do not damage your account's value, just ignore them. It would be nicer if they weren't there, but it's nothing you should obsess about. Users who are serious about the feedback system sure know about this. If it is hilarious, keep cool, laugh and carry on. You see, the most recent (untrusted) rating I got was "without any reason giving neg. rating.
stupid *****" -- it has simply been this particular user's strange way of coping with the fact that he was called out on selling hacked accounts. The real issues begin when unjust feedback is deliberately posted in default trust to destroy entire accounts.

Well, in some cases the trust system is very flawed. People leave ratings, include and exclude people into DT on a whim and similar. I have a trust rating that literally just says (translated):
With risked '12,000.00000000' BTC. 

 now, he removed the part saying i scammed him on skype LOL
to "Simply accusing me of alt account i have purchased from him and what you exposed selling account is allowed here."

Correct. A lot of users have false retaliatory ratings on them, blatant harassment or spam ratings. Unfortunately there is near-zero moderation of trust ratings (as said, only in extreme cases of abuse).

That's the way it is here, there isn't anything that people besides theymos can change about it. Just ignore it I guess.

So nothing to worry? Because I got similar case!
When I rated him for alts, see what I got-
"Simply accusing me of double accounts i bought this account from him so stop simply accusing me of alt account. I bought for 2$ so i don't know what is your problem."  -lavi2001

That is the forum's policy. Read:

Unless there is severe sign of abuse (e.g. spamming you with trust ratings), nothing will be done. You can find a lot of fake (not visible by default) feedback on a lot of people for different reasons. There's also this (on that user):

i scammed him on skype for 0.01 BTC ? I don't deal here,never did,  and i don't use skype either
And for 0.01 BTC ? is really funny. If it was true he would have simply post a reference link, isn't ?

he gives proof himself twice he is lying,  i guess he didn't know about sec log, it's enough to show he lies

Nobody is crazy to pay an account like this one for 2$  

And I remember i reported him with his account "nikilavi" after i found he was cheating Whyfuture twitter campaign, then some days later i found he was also cheating Qtum campaign and so i reported him too.
