Newbies are not allowed to post link or image. Reasons is because some newbies were caught violating the rules.
I know two topics about tables and image uploading websites.

1. First you have to atleasr jr or have to buy copper membership.
2. Better to hire a designer for making the professional announcement thread with photoshop
3. Then just post the links what the designer will send.
Or try to use this format to upload image and hyperlink
To upload Image > First upload the image to any image host sites for example , imgur, postimge etc

just an additional suggestion that you might consider. if you have funds you can try and hire a professional to properly layout the plans of your project on your announcement. as far as I know, there are some members in the service section(Services) offering this kind of service. Thank you !

Do you mean as a Jr.member one can post link and image? And is it only copper member that's available to buy? And how much could be the cost?
You can post links and if you try to post an image [as a Newbie], it'll turn into a link [until you rank up or purchase that membership].- In regards to your last question, refer to "this" page.

That will allow you to post images if you don't rank up as a jr member because you need to have at least 1 merit and 30 activity to become one.
Learn from the Announcement sections and just look how they've designed it. I'm not quite sure if there's a tutorial for making one but I think there is and someone will post it after me.
