Quite surprising how once manged to add all other complex features but the log out button .The button and the script are two different things ,just so you know.Ask the actual developer ,if he's not able to do it then maybe he actually ripped you off by cloning some gh profile .
You should ask this question to it's actual developer. He will give you the best answer rather than others
I guess he stripped it off the github, coindice is infamous for its backdoors anyways.
