its an issue related to your ISP, try restarting your router/modem it should fix the error
you can also add custom DNS server and disable IPV6 to avoid such error messages

The link is opening for me. Are you sure that your internet is alright? "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET" , NO_INTERNET? Just check again and try opening it with a proxy/vpn. The page is working fine for me.
