For gaming operators who are still in need of a license to operate their gaming businesses online, there are private licensing agencies in the Philippines that provide services in regard of that matter. In particular, MEI. situated in Pasig City, Philippines assists gaming operators to establish their business and obtain a legal license. Official website: www.morongecozone.com

Has anyone in the Bitcoin world used these guys before or the Philippines for that matter?

Specifically for MEI, the bitcoin has not yet been an option for their trading system. I cannot speak for the rest of the industry in the Philippines though.

Do they specialize or have any experience with the bitcoin gambling industry, though? I suspect the laws surrounding them are very different depending on each country too.

MEI's services apparently are not subject to the bitcoin gambling industry.Their offered services mainly concern the licensing as for the requirement of any online gambling business. They have their specified licensing procedure and qualifications prior the approval process which is in accordance with the local law, that is, to the extent of my knowledge.
