I do not have any seed code.
I used the second option not requiring any seed code.

Hi, thanks for your replay.
I have tried it many times the way you indicated before writing this question. To no avail.
The problem is the window to fill in the required username and password is dead / totally unresponsive. Cannot write in anything.
Have tried via another account to inform them about this mishap. No reaction till now. I did it two days ago.
Somewhere I read today that even their address in Hong Kong is a secret. Can't even send them a letter!
So what to do now?
Anybody an idea?

Didn't you save the QR code or the back up key of your 2FA?
The support page seems to work fine in my end:

  • Go to https://support.binance.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  • In the drop down, select Help with Google Auth as your issue (the complete form will be visible)
  • On the Google Auth(2FA) Issue Type, select Disable Google Two-Factor(2FA)

    • You will then see this:

Please visit the link according to your issue (have or don't have backup key) and read the guide carefully.

Can you re-install 2fa if you still have your seed code? You could then enter site and de-activate 2fa on binance.

Hi, I have deleted my 2FA and cannot sign in anymore. The 2FA function has to be de-activated.
The presumed support page is unresponsive. All the other addresses activate just a computer response. An old fashioned mailing address is nowhere to be found.
Does anybody know what to do? Thanks
